Locum tenens seem to be the only thing we ever talk about, and there’s a reason for that. They’re an indispensable group of folks who sacrifice so much to bring patients the care they need – that and our sole purpose is to educate people about locums. So when National Locum Tenens Week rolls around for the 6th year in a row, you know we’re going to give some love to the locums who give so much.
It was started back in 2016 as a way to honor Physicians, NPs, and PAs who work locum tenens, because they certainly deserve some honoring. It’s the perfect time for the healthcare industry to thank our locums, and a great time for our locums to pat themselves on the back. They’ve more than earned it.
